Female NYSC Corper Arrested With 9Kg Of Indian Hemp In Sokoto Says Fellow Corps Member Introduced Her Into It
An unidentified female corp member serving in Gumi LGA of Zamfara has been arrested in Sokoto over Indian hemp possession.
The lady was caught with 9kg of Indian hemp along Sokoto-Gusau road in Sokoto today .
In her confession, the lady said another Corp member lured her into the illegal business.
“I am ashamed of myself; this is my first time of engaging in this illegal business.She is currently at NDLEA office in Sokoto.
“I strongly advise fellow corps members to avoid falling into the temptation of such crooked means of making money, “the suspect said.
